“This past year has been a challenge like no other for these vital sectors, not just for Cornwall, but around the UK, and the work of the APPG has been even more important than ever before. I have been pleased to work with colleagues to successfully make the case to the Government for unprecedented levels of support for the tourism and hospitality businesses during the pandemic.”
“There is more work to be done as we recover from the pandemic and I look forward to continuing to work with colleagues in Parliament and the sectors, both locally and nationally, to ensure they are able to bounce back ready for a bumper summer season in 2021 and beyond.”
